Car parking is available at the front. Our Membership to The Consortium of Blackpool Independent Hotels is in recognition of the quality of our accommodation and the service we provide.
We are located in Central Blackpool, just a short walk from the promenade, Blackpool Tower, Winter Gardens, Zoo, theatres, markets, shops, pubs and clubs. For those of you visiting Blackpool for the Illuminations, the Avoca is only 10 minutes walk from the promenade where you can catch an illuminated tram to view the Golden Mile and 7 miles of the lights. You can also ride the trams the full length of the sea front to Fleetwood market.
Our good home cooked English Breakfast will set you up for the day and we have gained a reputation for our crumbles and pies we serve with our evening meals. Special diets are catered for, but please advise us in advance.
